You can create a job, to help other people get along.

You can turn it into a job because good connection is in always demand, and it depends on how much scarcity there is for good connection. If you reflect for a moment, are people behaving well in your life experience? is there anything for them to improve? If they have not been the best, there is room for improvement, which is what exactly makes good connection high in scarcity. Hence making it more compelling for you to create a job to help other people get along, until everyone gets along, there is always something to do.

People cannot get along because they hate each other.

In primitive society, it was advantegous to prioritize tribal wellbeing to ensure survival. In order to have the most resources, there was goal to eliminate competition of outside tribes and clans, this competition over limited resources leads to zero-sum game. Thinking in order to get something, other has to lose something. These primitive instincts that served early humans have stuck with us to modern times, despite our fundamentally different environment, which has proven to prefer people to get along with each other for optimal results.

Set the goal to become someone who people want to get along with

Instead of becoming someone easy to get along with, become someone people want to get along with. You are able to inspire people through being a good person, you radiate that to the world which people are attracted to. because they feel how good it is to get along with someone, it creates a lasting precious memory in people’s minds of someone different than most people if your connection is above the average. It is convincing if you know better, so its worth being like this.

I am dedicated to this goal.

Without dedication people can’t get along, if it was obviously beneficial everyone would do it. Dedication is the key to help people get along. With hard work, it creates opportunity to make your time available around the clock to help others, and gain experience. With smart work, you can solve problems and learn how to solve problems better. With consistency, you can make sure you deliver same quality across time reliably, helping to ensure sustained development. Consistent hard and smart work is about Dedication, which is the key to help you become someone who people want to get along with.

Contract should be an agreement which I draft so it works for you. For example, Work is not finished until the goal is reached. Without the goal being reached there can’t be any exchange of value. As a responsible person, my mistakes are my own to pay, not yours, and your mistakes are yours to pay, not mine. If the contract isnt working for you, we don’t sign it until it works for you. If we sign a contract, and we find out it doesn’t work for you, we change it so it works for you. When it works for you, you will be successful. When you are successful, I am successful.
